Delivery Policy

Delivery
Presently our delivery of Mattresses is available to an area with convenient transportation area only. Remote areas are not shipped.

Note: you must provide a clear access area for the delivery of goods. Difficult access requires prior notice and additional delivery personnel may be required and additional delivery charges may result.

Please note that after customers place an order, we will arrange shipment within 1-2 days and deliver it to the designated location within 1-7 working days, depending on the distance from our warehouse to the destination.

Free shipping on all orders, available delivery areas: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France.

We have local warehouses in multiple countries for the fastest door-to-door delivery.

Note: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or to Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment,but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.

If no appropriate person (for example, over 18 years old) is available and at the delivery address to receive the order or, if you’re required to be present at the time of delivery and you aren’t present at that time, we, unfortunately, can’t deliver your order.

In this instance, we’ll endeavor to contact you or you can call us to arrange for delivery at a different time.

Note: we may also charge an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery and any subsequent deliveries.

Problems with my mattress
If your mattress isn’t right, we’ll need to establish proof of purchase. If the product is faulty, we may offer you a refund, repair, or exchange.

Where the product fault is difficult to determine by a store representative, we’ll need to speak to the manufacturer or repair agent to determine the fault and possible resolution.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to inappropriate use, whether that’s been identified by a store representative, the product manufacturer or repair agent.

If the product doesn’t match its advertised description, your store of purchase/delivery may provide you with a refund or source a new product (if available) or a similar product.

Changing my order
We encourage you to check the address details carefully before you summit the order.If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not support changing the shipping address after the shipment. And we are not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to the incorrect shipping information.
We offer free shipping,if you need to change the address during the delivering or delivered period,the additional service fees would be charged maximum up to $40 per shipment which depend on the specific situations,as well as the return requested by mistaken order.
Please choose carefully. Most of our products can’t be resold once unwrapped, due to health or hygiene reasons.
Product orders have been placed to meet your specific order. Due to this reason, we don’t normally give refunds or offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Cancellations
We will process your order within 1-2 days. You can cancel the order before delivery. If you want to cancel your order after 1-2 days hours or after the shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 20% re-stocking fee.
