Warranty Policy

  1. This warranty policy only applies to new warranty products purchased directly from Molblly.com. If the "original purchaser" is the person or entity purchasing the product from a Molblly authorized retailer, please follow the authorized retailer's warranty policy. "Authorized Retailer" means a person or entity expressly authorized by Molblly and holding an official power of attorney.
  2. During the warranty period, Molblly will provide you with defective warranty products for free repair, replacement or refund. Subject to the limitations stated in this warranty. All parts and products replaced under this warranty shall become the exclusive property of Molblly.
  3. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes title to the mattress to another person, this warranty terminates and subsequent owners accept the product "as is" and "with all faults."
  4. This warranty only starts from the original date of purchase. If warranty replacement service has been performed, the warranty time will not be recalculated.

 

Mattress Warranty Policy: Lifetime Warranty

 

Warranty:

(1) Damage resulting in visible indentation of the mattress greater than (1.5 inches) that is not related to indentation or sagging resulting from the use of an incorrect or unsupported foundation or bed frame. Normal wear and tear requires that the mattress be continuously supported by a matching base or adjustable bed frame with an appropriate bed frame that is sufficient to support the total weight of the mattress and any user.

(2) Any physical defect in the mattress that causes the foam to degrade, split, or break under normal use and proper handling.

(3) Manufacturing defect in the zipper of the removable mattress cover. Cover tears caused by improper handling or anticipated wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

 

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Comfort preference. Personal subjective feelings are not used as a criterion for judgment.

(2) Body indentation less than one (1.5) inch.

(3) The mattress is resold or donated by the original purchaser.

(4) Damage caused by the use of an improper bed frame, foundation or platform bed.

(5) Failure to follow the mattress cover's washing and handling instructions, resulting in damage to the fabric or zippers.

(6) Not suitable for non-ordinary household consumer use (e.g. house rentals, etc.), damage to the mattress structure and/or covering materials by others, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, and stains or soiling.

(7) The softness of Molblly mattress pressure-reducing materials normally increases or the hardness decreases, as this will not affect the pressure-reducing quality of the mattress.

(8) Products purchased from sources other than Molblly.com. "As is," "Pre-conditioned," "Refurbished," "Used," "Comfort Returns," "Returns," "Previously Owned" or any other similar wording indicates that the product is not "new" or is not being sold as "new" The product.

(9) In rare cases the actual measurements of the mattress may vary slightly. Since various environmental factors such as compression packaging process, shipping time, seasonal climate, etc. may affect the rebound speed and effectiveness of the sponge, we allow differences within 1.5 inches (+/-).

(10) The mattresses are made of healthy materials and are harmless to the human body. But the mattress does not make any medical or health claims. Allergies, discomforts or other medical conditions are not covered by this warranty.

 

Warranty Process:

(1) Make sure the mattress meets the warranty conditions.

(2) Contact us with pictures of the mattress defect and order number.

(3) Process and reply within 24 hours.

 

Warranty Remedies:

(1) Within 10 years, we will replace you with a new Molblly mattress of equal or higher value and the same size for free.

(2) For more than 10 years, we will bear 50% of the cost of the mattress to replace it with a new mattress, or return it for a full refund. The only fee you need to pay is the one-way shipping fee, which will be waived if Molblly confirms that there is another defect.

 

 

Bed Frame Warranty Policy: 3 Years

 

Warranty:

(1) Missing parts.

(2) Any physical defect in the workmanship of the bed frame.

(3) Bent, cracked, or permanently deformed by more than 1.5 inches under proper use and handling.

 

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Personal comfort or style preference.

(2) Damage caused by improper assembly of the bed frame.

(3) Normal bending or arching of wood laths that may occur during normal use.

(4) Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or covering materials, including, but not limited to, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, stains or soiling.

(5) Preference for bed height or mattress installation.

(6) The bed frame may squeak after long-term use.

(7) Damage caused by the bed frame being in or moved from the original residential address.

(8) Replace all non-defective parts of the bed frame (replace only defective parts).

(9) Damage caused by any cleaning method other than permitted spot cleaning.

(10) Products sold by dealers who are not authorized retailers. "As is," "Pre-conditioned," "Refurbished," "Used," "Comfort Returns," "Returns," "Previously Owned" or any other similar wording indicates that the product is not "new" or is not being sold as "new" The product.

(11) Damage caused by a customer jumping, standing, climbing or lying directly on the bed frame without a mattress.

(12) The fabric will show slight discoloration after long-term exposure to light or use.

(13) Damage caused by use on inappropriate surface/placement. The bed frame must be placed directly on a flat floor.

(14) Any modifications to the bed frame.

 

Warranty Process:

(1) Make sure the bed frame meets the warranty conditions.

(2) Contact us with pictures of the bed frame defect and order number.

(3) Process and reply within 24 hours.

 

Warranty Remedies:

(1) Within 1 year, we will replace you with a new Molblly bed frame of equal or greater value and the same size for free.

(2) For more than 1 year, we will bear 50% of the cost of the bed frame to replace you with a new bed frame, or return it for a full refund. The only fee you need to pay is the one-way shipping fee, which will be waived if Molblly confirms that there is another defect.

 

 

Pillow Warranty Policy: 1 Year

 

Warranty:

Defects due to defects in workmanship or materials

 

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Comfort preference.

(2) Not used with pillowcase.

(3) Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or covering materials, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage or stains.

(4) Products sold by dealers who are not authorized retailers. "As is," "Pre-conditioned," "Refurbished," "Used," "Comfort Returns," "Returns," "Previously Owned" or any other similar wording indicates that the product is not "new" or is not being sold as "new" The product.

 

Warranty process:

(1) Make sure the pillow meets the warranty conditions.

(2) Contact us with pictures of the pillows defect and order number.

(3) Process and reply within 24 hours.

 

Warranty Remedies:

Can be replaced with a new pillow of the same size.

Bedding Warranty Policy: 1 Years

 

Warranty:

Defects due to defects in workmanship or materials

 

This warranty does not cover:

(1) Comfort preference.

(2) Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disasters and accidents, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation, or pet damage

(3) Products sold by dealers who are not authorized retailers. "As is," "Pre-conditioned," "Refurbished," "Used," "Comfort Returns," "Returns," "Previously Owned" or any other similar wording indicates that the product is not "new" or is not being sold as "new" The product.

 

Warranty process:

(1) Make sure the bedding meets the warranty conditions.

(2) Contact us with pictures of the bedding defect and order number.

(3) Process and reply within 24 hours.

 

Warranty Remedies:

Can be replaced with a new bedding of the same size, or a refund.
