Warranty Policy
- This warranty policy only applies to new warranty products purchased directly from Molblly.com. If the "original purchaser" is the person or entity purchasing the product from a Molblly authorized retailer, please follow the authorized retailer's warranty policy. "Authorized Retailer" means a person or entity expressly authorized by Molblly and holding an official power of attorney.
- During the warranty period, Molblly will provide you with defective warranty products for free repair, replacement or refund. Subject to the limitations stated in this warranty. All parts and products replaced under this warranty shall become the exclusive property of Molblly.
- This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes title to the mattress to another person, this warranty terminates and subsequent owners accept the product "as is" and "with all faults."
- This warranty only starts from the original date of purchase. If warranty replacement service has been performed, the warranty time will not be recalculated.
