Once you place your order, we will ship your mattress from our warehouse in 3 - 5 working days. The delivery will take from 1 - 5 weekdays, depending on where you live in the Continental US. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Choosing a mattress shouldn’t be like speed dating. It’s a long-term relationship, and you need more than 10 minutes in a retail store to decide if it’s the right one for you. It can take a little while to adjust to a new mattress, and we suggest that you sleep on it for a few weeks to allow your body to adjust. If you decide that the Molblly mattress is not right for you, just let us know, and we will arrange to deal with this issue.

According to our delivery policy you can refund or replace the order before shipping.

A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable to the total price when you cancel your order after we shipping.
